LinkedIn Outreach Intern - On-Site, Rawalpindi

About the role

A free, full-time internship is open to students, fresh graduates and beginners who want hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, business development and professional communication. No prior experience is required; training and guidance are provided. The internship is on-site in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and businesses on LinkedIn and identify decision-makers, founders, business owners and executives.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
• Build and maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with prospects professionally.
• Support lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
• Maintain daily outreach reports in Google Sheets or Excel and research target industries and opportunities.
• Follow LinkedIn policies and professional communication standards.

Required profile

• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply; no prior experience needed.
• Willingness to learn sales, outreach and lead generation.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
