PPC Manager - Google Ads & Paid Media

About the role

Huzzle is hiring a full-time PPC Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and paid media strategy to run scalable, high-ROI campaigns. The role suits a performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and has a proven track record of optimizing and scaling paid acquisition channels. You will own campaign strategy, execution and performance, working closely with cross-functional teams. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn as needed)
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates
• Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies
• Analyze campaign data and report actionable insights
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently
• Implement and oversee conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
• Collaborate with design, content and CRO teams to improve funnel performance

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in PPC / paid media management
• Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
• Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaign performance
• Analytical mindset, able to turn data into strategy
• Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
• Strong communication skills and teamwork across departments
• Experience in B2B, SaaS or eCommerce is preferred

• Tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar
