Pre Qualification Advisor

About the role

CreditMarket.ae, a UAE‑based financial services marketplace, is seeking a customer‑focused Pre‑Qualification Advisor to engage with pre‑qualified leads, collect required information and documentation, and ensure each case is ready for quotation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pre‑qualified leads via calls, emails and other channels to gather customer information and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track lead progress and ensure cases move through the sales pipeline on time.
• Coordinate with sales advisors, handing over fully qualified cases for quotation and supporting any additional information requests.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve pending issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of call‑center experience in banking or sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer cases, follow up proactively and maintain detailed documentation.
• Experience with outbound calling, lead qualification and customer engagement.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead‑management platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
