Prepress Printing & Production Technician (Offset, Letterpress & Flexo)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the S.I.T.E area of Karachi. The Prepress Printing & Production Technician will work with offset, letterpress and flexographic processes to prepare files, plates and tooling for packaging printing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare prepress files, printing plates and set up tooling for tubes, labels, cartons or pouches.
• Ensure accurate colour separation, layout and registration according to customer specifications and internal standards.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on prepress, offset, letterpress and flexo equipment.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections, measurement checks and enforce ISO and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with printing and manufacturing teams to deliver production‑ready files.

Required profile

• Experience in prepress and printing operations (offset, letterpress, flexo), preferably in packaging manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, artwork files and specifications.
• Solid understanding of typography and layout principles.
• Strong focus on quality control and adherence to ISO and GMP standards.
• Must be Karachi‑based and able to commute to the S.I.T.E area daily.
