Automotive CAE Engineer – Crash Simulation & CFD

About the role

As an Automotive CAE Engineer you will design, simulate and analyse complex automotive components, focusing on crash simulation and computational fluid dynamics. The position is based in Lahore and involves end‑to‑end management of the simulation workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models of automotive parts using CATIA V5.
• Set up, run and analyse crash simulations with Pam‑Crash to assess vehicle safety.
• Develop high‑quality CFD and structural meshes meeting crashworthiness criteria.
• Handle the full simulation workflow from CAD data conversion through mesh generation, execution and post‑processing.
• Innovate new engineering methodologies and contribute to advanced product concepts.
• Communicate project progress and technical findings to internal teams and clients.
