About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Pre‑School Teacher role at Al‑Beruni International School is based in Lahore. The Pre‑School Teacher plans and delivers age‑appropriate lessons that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for early learners.

Key responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and implement the school’s curriculum.
• Organise learning centres and activities, and observe and document children’s progress.
• Maintain open communication with families and colleagues, collaborate on classroom events, and participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, child safety standards, and inclusive teaching practices.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (preferred) and prior classroom experience in preschool or kindergarten.
• Proven ability to plan engaging lessons, manage a classroom positively, and support diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues, and a commitment to child safety and well‑being.
