About the role

Edversity is looking for a Lead Instructor to own and lead its Forward Deploying AI Engineer program. The role combines curriculum design, technical direction, and hands‑on teaching to prepare students for client‑facing AI engineering positions.

Key responsibilities

Design, maintain and continuously improve the end‑to‑end curriculum, learning outcomes, projects and assessments.
Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of instructors and teaching assistants, ensuring consistent teaching quality across batches.
Deliver in‑person lectures, labs and workshops covering LLM application development, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, AI agents and model evaluation.
Supervise capstone projects, conduct code and architecture reviews, and coach students on consulting, communication and documentation skills.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field.
3+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering, solutions engineering or forward‑deployed AI, with hands‑on product delivery.
1+ years of teaching, corporate training or team‑lead experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.

Required skills

Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React/Next.js, Streamlit or Gradio.
Experience with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral) and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector) and evaluation tools (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, Ragas).
Hands‑on deployment experience on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, Docker, basic Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
