Procurement Manager – Real Estate/Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing activities for our real‑estate and construction projects in Lahore. The role ensures that high‑quality materials are sourced on time, within budget, and in line with project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet project timelines and budget goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for materials and services.
• Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.
• Oversee inventory management to guarantee timely delivery and avoid project delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to forecast material requirements and adjust plans.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7‑10 years of procurement experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Experience using ERP systems, specifically Odoo.
