About the role
We are seeking a proactive, data‑driven Product Marketing Associate to support the positioning, promotion, and growth of our products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Content, Design, and Growth teams to craft compelling messaging and execute initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
- Produce and coordinate product‑related content such as website copy, product pages, presentations, brochures, case studies, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to communicate features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Support product launches, campaigns, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Track marketing campaign and product performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, messaging, and market positioning.
- Maintain product marketing collateral and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Assist digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns.
- Help develop customer personas, buyer journeys, and market segmentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, positioning, and campaign execution.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research and turn findings into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity with marketing KPIs and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
