Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the execution of L1‑L2, L2‑L3 and NPI packaging projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. The role supports the overall sales result and customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative and well‑being‑focused team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, break down and schedule projects into phases, meeting all tollgates and milestones.
• Drive productivity by applying global reusable solutions and systems such as Planview and SAP.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; manage scope changes and variation orders.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and maintain project communication and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement through WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies.
• Ensure team wellbeing and align work approaches with wellbeing priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years full‑time experience as a Commercial Project Manager, preferably in the food or oil & gas industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to navigate political and cultural situations effectively.
