About the role
A growing property sales team in DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi is looking for confident, energetic and results-driven Sales Executives. The role centres on managing leads, presenting properties and closing sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage leads and follow up with potential clients
- Handle client inquiries and present property details
- Arrange and conduct property visits and client meetings
- Build strong customer relationships and close sales
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required profile
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred
- Fresh candidates with excellent sales skills may also apply
- Confident, professional and target-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of Karachi's real estate market is a plus
Required skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM record keeping
