Sales Associate – Real Estate

About the role

A client of HR Ways, a construction business operating since 1998, is hiring a Sales Associate for its real estate business in Karachi. The role manages client inquiries, coordinates property visits, keeps client records and helps close sales deals. It is an onsite position in Block 2 Clifton, working Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 8 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and accompany clients on visits to model apartments and other property sites.
• Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential clients by phone.
• Maintain and regularly update client logs and lead records.
• Understand client requirements and share relevant property options.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested clients and help convert leads into sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates and candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and client-handling abilities.
• Interest in real estate, property sales and customer relations.
