QHSE Lead Auditor & Management Systems Consultant

About the role

W3 Solutionz, a Lahore‑based professional training and coaching firm, is looking for a QHSE Lead Auditor & Management Systems Consultant. You will lead audits, guide clients through system improvements, and support ISO‑related consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report QHSE and management system audits against ISO standards and client requirements.
• Evaluate processes, controls, records and performance indicators to identify conformity, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare audit findings, non‑conformity reports and practical corrective‑action recommendations.
• Facilitate opening and closing audit meetings and communicate results to clients.
• Review documented information and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is preferred.
• Proven experience in planning and leading management‑system audits from preparation through follow‑up.
• High integrity, impartiality, attention to detail and ability to work independently with diverse organisations.
