Quality Auditing Executive

About the role

The Quality Auditing Executive will lead the development and execution of audit programs that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role works closely with legal, risk, and operational teams to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and monitor corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain audit programs aligned with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct compliance audits, document findings, and communicate results to management and regulatory bodies.
• Provide actionable recommendations and track the implementation of corrective actions.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and adjust audit plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management to align compliance initiatives.
• Participate in training to keep up‑to‑date with best practices in compliance auditing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related field (Master’s or compliance certifications preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in compliance auditing or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit tools.
• Experience using reporting software.
• Advanced skills in MS Office.
