Recruitment Executive

About the role

Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for bulk recruitment across multiple departments. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle bulk hiring initiatives, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Screen, shortlist, and conduct telephonic and in‑person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, including candidate profiles and interview evaluations.
• Generate regular recruitment reports to monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk hiring.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
