About the role

Key responsibilities

• Optimize job postings and career content for SEO and candidate engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with hiring goals and employer branding.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.

Required profile

• Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities for job descriptions and collateral.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies for job visibility.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
