Regional Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Director to lead the overall commercial, academic, and operational performance of a portfolio of schools in Islamabad. The role will be responsible for driving regional growth, enrolment, profitability, academic excellence, operational efficiency, leadership succession, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional campus expansion, consolidation, relocations, and capacity enhancement initiatives.
• Drive enrolment growth, revenue generation, capacity utilisation, and profitability across the region.
• Oversee academic standards, teaching effectiveness, curriculum delivery, and educational outcomes.
• Ensure schools maintain high standards of operational excellence, quality, safeguarding, and compliance.
• Own regional business planning, strategic planning, P&L, Capex, Opex, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement performance management, self‑evaluation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Build strong relationships with the Board, government bodies, parents, students, media, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Lead talent development and succession planning for Principals, Heads, and key leadership positions.
• Identify market trends, demographic opportunities, competitor activity, and potential expansion opportunities.
• Champion an exceptional student and parent experience to strengthen retention, referrals, and brand reputation.
• Identify and mitigate operational and business risks across the region.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safeguarding, governance, and organisational requirements.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Education, Public Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational leadership.
• At least 3 years of experience in regional or school network management.
• Proven track record in improving academic performance, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency.
