Remote Backend Developer (C#/.NET)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong C# and .NET experience to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework.
• Architect scalable, robust solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in C# and .NET development.
• Hands‑on experience building and integrating backend APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
