Remote Call Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Call Campaign Specialist to run outbound calling campaigns and generate qualified appointments. You will engage prospective customers, follow structured scripts, and support our marketing and sales initiatives from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound call campaigns using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Contact prospective customers according to campaign objectives and introduce available services.
• Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and record responses in the CRM.
• Maintain compliance with scripts, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in virtual coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional outreach and operational initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting campaign goals.
• Positive attitude and commitment to performance targets.
