Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, customer‑focused Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing team. You will engage prospective customers, provide information about our insurance services, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance agents across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and auto‑dialing software.
• Communicate professionally with prospects, explain services, and answer general questions.
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed insurance professionals.
• Follow approved call scripts while keeping conversations engaging.
• Document interactions accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, quality reviews and team meetings.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident phone presence.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone and high‑speed internet connection.
