Remote Calling Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Calling Associate to engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls. You will share information about opportunities, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified appointments while working from home on a U.S. time‑zone schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using our CRM and dialer system.
• Communicate opportunity details professionally and follow a structured script.
• Handle basic prospect questions and common objections.
• Identify interested prospects and schedule appointments using internal tools.
• Accurately record call outcomes and lead information in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent calling activity throughout each shift.
• Participate in coaching, training sessions and team check‑ins.
• Perform additional support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Professional, friendly and confident communication style.
• Ability to follow scripts and established calling procedures.
• Attention to detail when updating CRM data.
• Reliable internet connection, power supply, laptop/PC and smartphone.
• Self‑motivated to stay focused in a remote environment.
• Previous call‑center, sales or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required.
