About the role

Interwood Mobel is seeking a proactive Executive Customer Services professional to join its Customer Services team. The role focuses on handling customer complaints, ensuring timely communication, and supporting service call processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge, document, and manage customer complaints, providing updates and resolutions within defined timelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the complaint lifecycle, delivering regular status reports.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups on open complaints with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the complaint in‑charge for further action.
• Prepare and share consolidated daily update reports and review service call reports to address challenges.
• Generate and maintain service call records and system documentation supporting complaint resolution.
• Ensure timely closure of service calls and undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve complaint handling and overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in retail or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑centric attitude with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
