Remote Go Developer (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Go Developer to join a leading software development firm on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑performance microservices and API solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Go to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure architectural consistency and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Go development experience.
• Proven experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization with Docker.
