Remote Hiring Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a professional, people‑focused Remote Hiring Consultant to support our recruitment pipeline. In this fully remote position you will engage prospective candidates, answer their questions, and guide qualified applicants toward interviews with our recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing system.
• Introduce current employment opportunities and explain job responsibilities, schedules, and details.
• Pre‑screen candidates according to established hiring guidelines.
• Schedule interviews for qualified applicants with recruiters or hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the CRM or applicant tracking system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching meetings and team discussions.
• Assist with additional recruiting and hiring support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Professional phone presence with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, headset and smartphone.
• Coachability, dependability and passion for helping candidates find new opportunities.
