Learning & Development Associate

About the role

CureMD is looking for a Learning & Development Associate to help build a culture of continuous learning. You will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging training materials and programs for diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to identify training needs and develop content.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) so resources stay current and accessible.
• Support employees in navigating the LMS and accessing training resources.
• Analyze training metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Provide logistical support for scheduling, coordination, and documentation of training events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in learning and development or a similar area.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
