Remote Organizational Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Organizational Recruiter to support our hiring process. You will engage prospective candidates, conduct initial screening calls, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews while maintaining a professional and consistent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 150‑250 outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate data and CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants about available opportunities and clearly communicate position details.
• Lead initial phone conversations to assess experience, communication style, attitude, and overall fit.
• Evaluate candidates against established qualification criteria and identify those meeting initial requirements.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, call outcomes, and follow‑up information in the CRM.
• Follow recruitment scripts, communication procedures, and screening workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
• Professional telephone communication style.
• Ability to assess candidate attitude, communication, and experience during initial calls.
• Comfort handling a high volume of daily candidate interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable primary and secondary internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, or call‑center work is preferred but not required.
