Remote Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Recruiter to join our fast‑paced, fully virtual team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for prospective candidates, conducting phone screenings, evaluating qualifications, and coordinating interviews while maintaining a professional and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 150‑250 outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate data and CRM tools.
• Introduce job opportunities, explain role details, requirements, and next steps.
• Assess candidate experience, attitude, and communication skills over the phone.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, screening notes, and follow‑up information in the CRM.
• Follow established scripts, communication procedures, and screening workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone demeanor and ability to assess candidate suitability quickly.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of daily interactions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer and mobile device.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools for candidate management.
