Remote Solutions Architect – Cloud & Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join a leading technology client on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while designing and delivering scalable, cloud‑native solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for high‑impact projects in a cloud environment.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions support business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, performance, security, and best practices.
• Document architectural decisions and solution designs for future reference.

Required profile

• Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands‑on expertise designing microservices and serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into viable architectural solutions.
