About the role
We are looking for a Remote Talent Screening Assistant to join our growing recruitment team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in candidate outreach, phone screening, and interview coordination while working entirely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory screening calls with job applicants.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and records in recruitment platforms.
- Follow hiring scripts and recruitment procedures consistently.
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks.
- Achieve daily screening and outreach goals.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone daily.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
