Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates through outbound phone outreach. You will introduce career opportunities, conduct initial qualification conversations, and schedule interviews for our recruiting team while working from home during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective candidates using internal sourcing tools.
• Present available career opportunities and answer general candidate questions.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with the recruiting team.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Follow established recruiting processes and communication guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and scheduling targets.
• Participate in recruiting meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
• Assist with additional talent sourcing and recruitment support tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Eagerness to learn recruiting best practices and grow within the organization.
