About the role

The Retail Store Manager will lead daily operations of a busy store in Lahore, ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience and driving sales performance. This full‑time, on‑site position requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, coach team members, and supervise sales associates.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and work towards profitability targets.
• Manage cash handling procedures and support loss‑prevention initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Basic computer skills.
