Procurement Executive – Amazon FBA Wholesale

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to lead end‑to‑end wholesale sourcing for our Amazon FBA business. The role involves building supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring profitable inventory flow to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact suppliers via email, phone and other channels.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment, discount, shipping and credit terms.
• Analyse price lists, catalogs, quotations and wholesale agreements.
• Evaluate product profitability based on cost, selling price, competition, ROI, margins, sales velocity and Amazon fees.
• Validate supplier and brand legitimacy before purchase.
• Manage wholesale account applications, brand approvals and distributor onboarding.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders, track shipments, invoices and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate reorders and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and pricing sheets.
• Collaborate with Product Research, Amazon Operations, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Track supplier performance, pricing changes and market conditions while ensuring compliance with Amazon FBA policies.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in Amazon FBA wholesale procurement or supplier relations.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon wholesale FBA business model, fees, ROI and Buy Box dynamics.
• Proven track record sourcing from US/UK brands, distributors and wholesalers.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities with international suppliers.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and target‑driven with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Amazon sourcing tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, SmartScout or Helium 10.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
