Sales and Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Support Executive to promote and sell our POS software solutions in the Rawalpindi market while providing high‑quality support to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, make cold calls and arrange meetings with potential customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new clients both in person and by telephone.
• Present POS software products and services in a professional, solution‑selling manner.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and support tickets via phone, email and chat.
• Visit client sites regularly and ensure high‑profile client satisfaction.
• Qualify and manage marketing leads from demand‑generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT product sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites (own transport required).

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk or ServiceNow.
• Data entry, record management and reporting/analytics.
