Business Development Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to help identify growth opportunities and drive sales for Techxaro. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, craft proposals, and secure projects across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in local and international markets through strategic prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.com, Clutch.co, and LinkedIn.
• Write and submit tailored proposals for web development, digital marketing, and technology projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
• Attend virtual meetings and sales calls to present company services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and outreach targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline progress, closed deals, and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Matric to Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
• Familiarity with lead generation and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
• Ability to research potential clients and understand their industry needs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional attitude with willingness to meet targets and deadlines.
• Own laptop is mandatory.
