Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive automotive vehicle sales in Sitrah. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow‑up, networking and prospecting.
• Present, promote and sell a range of vehicles to both prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships to secure future sales.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within the set timeframe.
• Provide accurate product information, quotations and financing advice.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and benefits.
• Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments for a seamless customer journey.
• Stay updated on product developments, market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
