Sales Executive – Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business growth for RCM Matter by targeting healthcare providers and practices that need revenue cycle management and medical billing services. Based in Islamabad, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building a robust pipeline, presenting solutions, and closing deals that improve cash flow for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow‑ups, and schedule product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales aligned with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track leads, conversions, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and account‑management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Provide regular performance reports and sales metrics to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, payer regulations, and competitive offerings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or technology services.
• Strong business development skills including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
