About the role

SOFTOO is seeking a motivated and tech‑savvy Business Development Executive to support its international growth. The role focuses on researching potential clients, conducting targeted outreach, generating qualified leads, and supporting business development activities using AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international clients using AI tools, LinkedIn, and online databases.
• Draft and personalize outreach messages for email and LinkedIn with AI assistance.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule client meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM and sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, bids, and client presentations.
• Track outreach activities, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client outreach.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional communication with international prospects.
• Proactive, organized, target‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to identify relevant prospects, understand their business needs, and personalize outreach.
