About the role

Nexus Living is expanding its operations and is looking for a driven, confident and results-oriented Sales Executive to set up and grow its sales presence in Lahore. The role covers the home automation and smart living industry, from building the pipeline to closing deals and eventually leading a Lahore sales team.

Key responsibilities

Set up and run the sales presence in Lahore from day one
Build the pipeline: homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers and corporate clients
Sell and close projects, from first meeting to signed deal
Report on pipeline, forecasts and results every week
Over time, build and lead a Lahore sales team

Required profile

Previous experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
Proactive, independent and target-driven approach
Ability to generate leads, build networks and close deals
Experience in real estate, construction, interiors, technology or automation is an advantage
