Sales Executive

About the role

Truckora Dispatch Services is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to drive new business and strengthen relationships with trucking companies and owner‑operators. Based on‑site in Bahawalpur, the role focuses on promoting Truckora’s dispatch services and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with trucking companies and owner‑operators.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails and in‑person meetings to present dispatch services.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms aligned with client needs and company goals.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and prospecting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer service and account management focus for long‑term client satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of trucking, logistics or transportation services, or a strong interest to learn.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bahawalpur, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, logistics, transportation or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum high school diploma; degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
