Sales Development Representative

About the role

Feative Studios is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its business development team. The SDR will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and start conversations that open new business opportunities for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across gaming, technology, and related industries.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and online research.
• Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain and update lead information using CRM tools.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns and lead‑generation strategies.
• Track outreach activities and keep accurate sales records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or sales outreach preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipelines.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and other professional networking platforms.
• Self‑motivated, organized, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Nice to have: B2B sales or business development experience, knowledge of the gaming/software/technology industry, experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and familiarity with sales engagement and email automation platforms.
