Sales Professional – Umrah & Hajj Packages

About the role

The Sales Professional will join Al Raheem Travels in Lahore to promote premium Umrah and Hajj packages. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing pilgrims, guiding them through package options and the booking journey. This full‑time, on‑site role combines client interaction, quotation preparation and sales closure to achieve company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email and in‑person visits.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings to nurture leads and convert them into bookings.
• Prepare accurate quotations and present package details tailored to client needs.
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset with strong listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Umrah and Hajj rituals, with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and manage peak seasonal workloads.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking and documentation.
