Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Contact prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations and discovery calls as required.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward.
• Accurately manage leads and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from sales to delivery or support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and following a structured sales process.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Professional, results‑driven attitude.
