General Manager – Sales (Hospitality & Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our revenue strategy and drive growth across the hospitality and real‑estate sectors in Islamabad. The role reports to senior leadership and requires a strong focus on business development and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and revenue generation plan.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing sales team.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strategic client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close high‑value deals.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience managing sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
