Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Dastify Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Senior Business Development Executive to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in the healthcare sector by identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare market.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions and prepare proposals.
• Support contract negotiations and maintain accurate lead and opportunity records.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience (minimum 2 years).
• Confidence in interacting with international clients.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and professionally organized.
• Healthcare, medical billing or RCM experience is a plus.
