Senior Coach

About the role

The Senior Coach will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, providing day‑to‑day coaching, mentoring and performance support to team members. The role focuses on developing skills, achieving defined goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver coaching programs, workshops and training sessions tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and performance reviews.
• Track progress through regular feedback, documentation and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to align coaching plans with organisational objectives and identify skill gaps.
• Prepare coaching materials, maintain accurate records and promote an inclusive, motivating environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective coaching and training programs.
• Strong mentoring, performance‑management and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Proven experience setting goals, measuring outcomes and using data to refine development plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory practices.
• Experience in structured, on‑site environments, preferably in a leadership, coaching or training capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Human Resources or equivalent practical experience.
