Senior FP&A Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Senior FP&A Executive to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and long‑range planning tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analyses and executive‑level insights.
• Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance and operational KPIs.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, investment planning, and cost optimisation.
• Manage and enhance financial systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis for executive decision‑making, board presentations, and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with proven influence on stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan or similar FP&A systems.
• Knowledge of ERP implementations or automation projects (preferred).
