Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Lead

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing women‑focused brand that empowers entrepreneurs through education, community and premium experiences, is seeking a senior Graphic Designer to lead and evolve its visual identity across all channels. The role will shape brand storytelling, create high‑impact assets for digital marketing, product launches and live events, and mentor junior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the creative vision for the brand across digital, print and event assets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Design creative concepts for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets and product launches.
• Produce high‑converting assets for paid media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Lead creative kick‑off meetings, create content briefs and manage production timelines from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, product, partnerships and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Review performance data and optimize creative assets based on engagement and conversion metrics.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design or art direction, preferably in a digital, content or DTC environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, multi‑platform campaign development and visual identity evolution.
• Proven ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• High attention to detail and commitment to premium‑quality creative output.
• Experience collaborating in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Canva.
