Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead to head our design team in Lahore. The role involves overseeing multiple residential and commercial projects while ensuring high design quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 6–10 designers.
• Review architectural drawings, interior layouts, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, design workflows, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Guide junior designers and provide design and technical feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience after graduation.
• Previous experience managing or coordinating a design team.
• Strong design sense, creativity, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion or D5 Render or Enscape (experience with at least one rendering tool).
