Senior Manager, Infrastructure Development & Projects

About the role

Urban Developers, a Chartered Town Planner, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead development, infrastructure and projects initiatives in Lahore. The role suits a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate development, overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use real estate projects. The manager leads and mentors a team of 60 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and execution of infrastructure and real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and oversee capital project plans, run feasibility analyses and prepare business cases to support approvals and funding.
• Manage a team of 60 professionals, giving direction, support and performance management.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, apply cost controls and advise on financial adjustments.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders; monitor schedules, assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Carry out feasibility and options analyses to choose the best development pathways.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare project reports, presentations and updates for senior leadership and external partners, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 15 years of experience in infrastructure and real estate development.
• Strong leadership and project and program management skills.
• Understanding of housing societies, land development and infrastructure frameworks.
