Sales Manager - Luxury Villas & Bespoke Homes

About the role

Mustafa Developers, a privately held firm building premium bespoke homes and luxury villas in Islamabad since 2020, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Manager in the Rawalpindi district. The role covers the entire sales cycle for bespoke homes and luxury villas, from lead generation and client outreach to closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet potential clients, present project offerings and conduct site visits
• Prepare customized proposals aligned with client requirements and budgets
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecast revenue and track leads and pipeline
• Collaborate with project, design and finance teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to project execution
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and represent the company at industry events
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in real estate or high-value residential property sales, with strong client relationship management, negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field, or equivalent practical sales experience
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and understanding of premium client expectations
• Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with architects, engineers and project managers

Required skills

• Sales strategy, lead management, pipeline tracking and sales forecasting
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain design concepts, features and pricing
• Organizational and time management, including CRM usage and follow-up discipline
• Basic office software and digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, email and CRM systems
